Refund / Cancellation / Fulfillment Policy
Utilizing Our Services
Safety Canada Limited is committed to providing adequate time for refunds to our clients. It is our policy to ensure all work and associated activities are in full compliance with all applicable legislation, standards and safe industry practices. All employees, subcontractors and participants are subject to Safety Canada policies and procedures and shall be held accountable to adhere to all provisions identified.
Withdrawals & Refunds
All requests for withdrawal of courses must be received by Safety Canada Limited with a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the course commencement date. Such requests must be made by phone to (403) 252-4569 or via email to email@example.com “Attention Class Registration”.
Participants, who withdraw within ten (10) calendar days, show up late, or who fail to attend class without notification (No Shows) and fail to provide required notice of your intention to withdraw, may result in a forfeiture of an appropriate portion of the course fee. However, participants who provide notice of withdrawal at least ten (10) calendar days prior to course date will be given a full refund of the registration fee. In all cases, qualified substitutions will be permitted to the course commencement date in lieu of forfeitures.
Course refunds may not be given to individuals who have been asked to leave the course due to:
- Unexplained absence or tardiness;
- Lack of completion of the final test;
- Continuous inappropriate or offensive behavior carried out in class, after receiving one warning from the instructor.
Individuals who are involuntarily withdrawn from courses for the above reasons will be notified through a “Letter of Withdrawal”, stating the reason for Involuntary Withdrawal, and a copy of this letter will be archived for record-keeping.
Safety Canada Limited reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration (10 Registrants) is not achieved. Participants will be given fourteen (14) calendar days prior notice of cancellation to the course commencement date. Every effort will be made to advise participants via phone or email of cancellations where full refunds will be applied.
Course withdrawals occurring outside of the withdrawal periods above that have been necessitated by medical or other emergencies may be given special consideration for refunds at the discretion of the program administration.

Safety Canada’s fulfillment process for online orders will be completed during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (MT).
