This process involves a detailed “High Risk”/”Low Risk” Driver Report.
- The first process is to monitor the driver on a 15 Minute/15 Kilometer Ride-Along of Driver Performance (this includes but not limited to items to be monitored such as DVIR/Log-Books/Vehicle & Driver Documentation).
- The second process is to evaluate a recent Commercial Drivers Abstract and compare it with that Drivers Progressive Discipline File along with the company’s Carrier Profile.
- The third process is to prepare a written Driver Performance, Evaluation & Review Report to be submitted to the company.
