Course Overview
Regluations state that all employees who may come into contact with asbestos are required to take asbestos awareness training in order to better protect themselves from hazardous situations.
This asbestos awareness online training course will teach employees about the dangers involved in working with asbestos materials. After completing this course, you will receive an online asbestos awareness certificate.

- Asbestos Standard
- Composition and nature of asbestos
- Types of materials that may contain asbestos, and where they are encountered
- How to protect yourself when disturbing a material that may contain asbestos
- Air monitoring and decontamination
This course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete
A passing grade of 80% or higher required. Up to 3 attempts are provided.
A certificate will be provided upon the successful completion of this course.
