Supervisor Safety Leadership training provides leaders with the skills to oversee high-risk operations, manage safety performance, coach safe behaviour, and support enforcement of safety rules — essential for frontline leadership in oil and gas operations.
A Supervisors commitment to safety can make or break any corporate safety plan, and directly impacts productivity results and costs. This training program is designed to emphasize safety responsibilities for supervisors, underscoring the fact that, while safety managers have overall responsibility for safety, supervisors retain the responsibility for their employees' safety.
